..back, but still loving you

ok, ok..just got back from SDCC 2009! Awesome! Got to meet the cast of True Blood (and had them sign my DVD box); got to watch Adam Hughes and Jim Lee Do a How-to session and of course managed to grab a ton of semi-useful swag. Will post pics later.

But first, saw this pic at Jeffrey Campbell's Blog. O_O!!!! Can anyone see the Chloe Susan ankle boots??? OMG!! Can't wait. According to the post, this is part of their fall collection.

Jeffrey Campbell, I love you...

Lately, I've been obsessing over Jeffrey Campbell shoes. They make the best designer "inspired" shoes and for less.
I posted earlier about the 'Anne' lace up heels.
Today, the UPS man dropped off a large box with 2 of my latest JC acquisitions: Potion and Photo


Knowing that JC makes comfortable wedges, I decided to wear the Photo out today to run errands:

Leggy leggings

I've been on the lookout for these leggings since I saw them on kingdomofstyle:

(stolen girlfriend's club bandage leggings)

Sadly, they are all sold out (and a bit pricey for a pair of leggings)

So, you can imagine my excitement when I saw a similar pair at bebe!

Very thick and well made, I'm sure I'll be wearing it out a lot come fall/winter

Been busy this past week, getting ready for comic-con. But a few nice things came my way:


THE minimarket boots!! Found them in red for half the price at scoutthestore. Didn't even know they made them in red. So rad.



Finally got my hands on these Emma Cook for Topshop boots.
Saw her fall collection, so far, not impressed. But these are classic!



Also ordered these Jeffrey Campbell Boots from davidz.com: JC Photo and Potion Boots.




Aaaannd, finally caved in, and bought THE Alexander Wang Jacke (on sale too!) Can't wait to wear it at comic-con. (although my bro thinks it looks weird). The suede is so soft. The only thing I would have liked is if they added buttons to keep the front of the jacket from flapping around.

Ok, so I've decided to invest in at least one Alexander Wang Piece, and I've narrowed it down to:

Target, I still love youuu

Spent the day running errands, and found a few amazing finds at target:
1. Tracy Feith Bark Skirt (on sale for $15!!)..not my size though, but will add a waist extender (better than paying the jacked up prices on evilbay)

2. Aluminum Bottle for my Comic-con water fuel (love the red)

3. Simone Legno for Target!!! Didn't even know he was doing a full collab with Target. I was just randomly walking past the back to school stuff, and there it was-- a large (mostly picked over) section. Forgot my camera, but there were mostly binders, book covers, composition notebooks and pens. I just got this Reusable eco friendly bag. Will use it to haul my comic con swag


4. Black Socks (sooo much more cheaper to get them from the men's section)

Went to see Sick Puppies at the Glass House last night. Awesome show! and less violent than Soma at San Diego.

Opening Band: Cromwell- fun bunch of guys. Apparently, they're a local band

Summer Cleaning (or really, really late spring cleaning..)

Spent the day cleaning my room and donating stuff to goodwill.

Well...so my car is still in the shop, and I have no way of getting around >_X. So today, I spent the whole day finishing some projects. Here's one (this is an in-progress shot; will post the completed pic soon)
